To maintain high standards, we evaluate the patient journey. Was the admission process clear and were wait times communicated to you? Did you feel that the centre had a comfortable environment? It is essential to ensure you had enough privacy during the consultation. We also seek to confirm: Did you think that the nurse/doctor took enough time understand you and your situation and answer your questions?

We monitor and audit all responses to ensure clinical excellence. Clients are invited to rate how the centre compared to other health care providers you have visited based on the following criteria:
