We can provide you with suitable pain relief on the day should you be uncomfortable. Heat packs also work effectively.
Aftercare and Recovery
We suggest you go home and have a sleep after your procedure. We anticipate that you should be ok to go to work the next day or day after. However, we advise against strenuous exercise, heavy lifting or swimming for 1-2 weeks after the procedure.
