She earned her MD in 1988 from Medical University of Lublin, Poland and completed her Consultant Degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2004 from MEDUNSA University, South Africa. Previously, she was associated with various private hospitals in Pretoria, South Africa such as Netcare Bougainville Hospital, Netcare Moot General Hospital, and Life E. Marais Hospital. Furthermore, she attended various international courses, workshops, and congresses in Netherlands, France, USA, South Africa, and UAE.

Dr. Malgorzata has a special interest in pelvic floor dysfunction and gynecology, management of high-risk pregnancy, cervical cancer screening, prevention, and treatment. She has performed several successful complex surgeries such as hysterectomies, sacrocolpopexy, anterior repair with a mesh, transobturator tape placement, removal of ovarian cysts and tumours, ectopic pregnancy management, operative hysteroscopy amongst others.
