Abortion Services and Specialized Care
Our clinics provide safe and compassionate abortion care 10 weeks and up to 26 weeks. We also offer a special fetal/maternal indications program, which includes a special program for genetic or other fetal abnormalities and bereavement support and resources. Cedar River Clinics is the only AAAHC accredited abortion provider in Washington, and our clinics meet the rigorous standards for quality set by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Centers.
Birth Control and Wellness Services
Birth Control allows you to enjoy sex without the worry of pregnancy and can be used to address other health issues. We offer free or low-cost birth control options, and a No-Scalpel Vasectomy is also offered. Wellness services include physical exams, cancer screenings, HIV testing, STD/STI testing and treatment, infection checks, and free pregnancy tests. You can access a FREE walk-in pregnancy test anytime during clinic hours.
LGBTQ Wellness and Inclusive Care
Our LGBTQ wellness services offer you quality health care in a safe and culturally responsive environment. The transgender and non-binary care we offer is based on the Informed Consent Model (ICATH). We believe access to reproductive health information and services has the power to change lives, creating communities where we can fulfill our own unique potential and live healthy whole lives with dignity.

To ensure accessibility, we offer the following support services and resources:

- Free language interpreters for phone calls and appointments
- Assistance with transportation and accommodations
- Funding, transportation, and lodging assistance
In-person clinic and telemedicine appointments are available now from Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Parking is free for our patients at our Renton, Tacoma, and Yakima clinic locations.
Insurance and Payment Options
We accept private medical insurance, WA, and AK Medicaid, and we have a sliding fee scale and can assist with funding resources. Your support helps provide continued excellent care to the patients we serve – no matter their financial capability.
