Andro-Switch: Reversible Male Thermal Contraception and the Thoreme Project
Thoreme wants to make fair contraception accessible to all, thanks to two products that respect the planet and the body. These include the Andro-Switch and Andro-Swatch silicone rings. It's 2024, and safe, effective and reversible male contraception is still not officially sanctioned. This needs to change! We're working hard on officially certifying Andro-switch at the request of the French national medicines agency (ANSM). In the meantime, treat yourself to a reversible talisman! It might be just the thing you're looking for...
Understanding Thermal Contraception
Usage instructions, how to choose your size, and other free resources are available to help you UNDERSTAND thermal contraception in less than 3 minutes. These beautiful silicone objects to dress up your spaceship, reassemble its engines to limit fine-particle emissions, in short, you get the idea. The project is supported by Entrelac.coop, the co-operative supporting the Andro-Switch certification process and other projects fighting for contraceptive equity.

The Social Context of Male Contraception
There is an ongoing discussion regarding the responsibility of birth control. For a part of the women interviewed, the pill represents a certain freedom to which they do not want to give up. On the other hand, a male pill could be a way out for many couples. It is important to remember that "a non-desired pregnancy is a matter for two people." This shift in perspective helps in making contraception a matter for the couple.
