Comprehensive At-Home Postpartum Care Packages

Comprehensive at-home postpartum care offers a wealth of benefits for both mother and baby. Our postpartum care packages provide midwifery-led care and community support from birth to 12 weeks postpartum. Designed by mothers, for mothers, these packages are delivered in partnership with Fakeeh University Hospital, the UAE’s first doula-friendly hospital.

Support for the Mother

• Physical Recovery: Professionals can monitor healing (e.g., episiotomies, c-sections), address pain, and offer guidance on safe postpartum exercise to regain strength.
• Mental and Emotional Well-being: Support includes recognising and managing postpartum depression and anxiety, fostering emotional adjustment, and offering coping mechanisms for stress.
• Breastfeeding Support: Lactation consultants can guide latch techniques, troubleshoot feeding issues, and boost confidence in breastfeeding.

Available Care Packages

Packages include home visits at 2 days, 5 days, 10 days, and 6 weeks post-discharge from the hospital, mum and baby health checks, lactation and infant sleep consultations, wound care for episiotomies and C-Sections, and much more.

Basic Postpartum Care Package

Price: AED 1,785 (Payable in up to 4 installments of AED 446 per installment).

Comprehensive Postpartum Care Package

Price: AED 3,995 (Payable in up to 4 installments of AED 999 per installment).

• Infant sleep consultation and Lactation consultation
• Postpartum pelvic health assessment with Women’s Health Physio

• PeriCare diaper bag and Perifit breast pump
• Community support groups and Annual Subscription with NABTA

How It Works

Download the NABTA app, confirm your health goal, and register an account. Your care coordinator will be in touch directly to book your first appointment. You don’t need to be a healthcare professional to get the most out of your care package. We will work with you to empower you to effectively manage your own health, and to advocate for yourself with third party providers. Your care team will check in with you on a regular basis and advise you on the best way to use your care package.
