East Texas Pregnancy Help Center provides free and confidential services to anyone experiencing an unplanned or unsupported pregnancy. Since 1982, Pregnancy Center Plus has been assisting families in Greater Cincinnati. All services are confidential and free of charge. We believe women and men have a right to get information from a resource that will not profit from the choices and pregnancy decisions they make.
Pregnancy Confirmation and Support Services
If you think you may be pregnant, make an appointment today for a free pregnancy test. If the test is positive, we can provide pregnancy confirmation via ultrasound, pregnancy options consultation, parenting classes and education, and more. Our available services include:

Important Medical and Safety Information
Considering abortion? Before you buy, book a free ultrasound to confirm how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable. For your safety, it's important to rule out an ectopic pregnancy or a naturally occurring miscarriage. While we do not provide or refer for abortion services, we can answer your questions about side effects, what to expect, and more. Jasper, TX Location: Monday: 10am-5pm; Tuesday: 10am-4pm; Wednesday: 10am-3pm; Thursday: 10am-4pm; Friday: Closed.
