Meet The Medical Director & Providers
The friendly staff at Northwest Family Health Center welcomes patients of all ages, and we speak English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Créole. Our team includes Dr. Nirva Lindor-Antoine, MD and Dr. Garry Antoine, MD. Additionally, our magnificent provider Dr. Shirley De La Rosa brings nearly a decade of experience in her field of Optometry to provide thorough eye examinations, precise vision correction, and personalized treatment plans.

- Women’s Health: Northwest Family Health Center offers a wide array of women’s health services, including diagnostic tests and well woman exams, right here in our office.
- Men’s Health: Northwest Family Health Center is pleased to offer a wide array of men’s health services right here in our office.
- Immigration Physicals: We do Immigration Physical with the required Laboratory Tests and Vaccines in both of our offices! One Stop Shopping, we don't send you anywhere else for labs and vaccines.
Vision and Pharmacy Services

Our experienced team utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide thorough eye examinations and eye medication management. Vision Services Available Include: Complete Eye Exams, Affordable Care, and multiple options on glasses & frames.
Furthermore, Orange Blossom Family Health operates an on-site pharmacy in our main health center on Orange Blossom Trail. The pharmacy serves patients seen by a provider within any of our Health Centers and provides low cost medications in a convenient setting. We also maintain a Patient Assistance Program (PAP) that helps qualified patients obtain free medications through major pharmaceutical companies.
