Foundation for Reproductive Health Services India is an affiliate of MSI Reproductive Choices, a global organisation providing personalised contraception and safe abortion services to women and girls across 37 countries. FRHS India has been working since 2009 to enable men and women exercise their sexual and reproductive rights and choices. In 2015, we emerged as India’s No. 1 provider of clinical family planning services in the Private sector and the Non-Government sector, a position we continue to hold.
Mission and Values
At FRHS India, clients are at the center of everything we do. We believe in "Your Body, Your Choice, Your Future". Our core mission is to empower individuals through access to reproductive healthcare. To achieve this, our aim is to:

Our Team and Operational Reach
We are a team of over 500 professionals with domain expertise in reproductive health, family planning, leadership, management, clinical services, research and evaluation, finance, human resource management and information technology. Our team currently delivers services in 859 locations in 68 districts of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, through multiple channels. We strive to provide the best possible services to our clients who are among the most marginalised – socially, economically and geographically.

FRHS India has consistently received recognition for its work towards improving the health status of the underserved populations. On July 11th, 2024, Team FRHS India was honoured to receive the Best NGO in Family Planning award from the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma. This marks the 14th consecutive year that our efforts have been recognized at this prestigious platform.

- World Population Day 2024: Honoured for advancing family planning across 11 districts in Rajasthan, including Ajmer, Alwar, Banswara, and Udaipur.
- Pratigya Campaign Wins: The campaign bagged Bronze for Best Advocacy Campaign and Silver in Thought Leadership Merits at the IPRCAA awards.
