Online Registration and Wait Times
At MainStreet Family Care, no appointment is needed. You can be seen by registering online, which allows you to wait from anywhere. Online registration begins 30 minutes before the clinic opens. All patients are seen according to the order in which they registered; thus, your wait time depends on when you joined the queue.
Our online registration system allows you to wait from home or in your vehicle until we are ready to see you. We will send you a text when it’s time to head to the clinic, and you will have thirty minutes from receiving this text to check in at the front desk. You will be asked to fill out some necessary paperwork upon arrival before our providers can see you.
