Comprehensive Women’s Health and Mental Health Services
At the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHC/SEK) and the Pocatello Women’s Health Clinic (PWHC), we provide a variety of women’s healthcare services to ensure you receive a lifetime of compassionate and convenient care for each stage of your life. Healthcare Services at CHC/SEK
At CHC/SEK, we offer a wide range of specialized medical services, including:
- Well-woman visits
- Pregnancy testing and care (available in Bartlesville, Fort Scott, and Pittsburg)
- Family planning
- Gynecological procedures, such as colposcopies and LEEPs (loop electrosurgical excision procedure)
- Cervical cancer screenings
- Menopausal and post-menopausal concerns
- Imaging, including mammography and ultrasound
We deliver at Mercy Hospital Pittsburg. Our Downtown Pittsburg (924 N. Broadway) Walk-In Care Clinic and Apothecare Select Pharmacy are now open on weekends from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to better serve our patients.
Mental Health & Counseling Services
Pocatello Women’s Health Clinic – Mental Health Services are led by Deborah Lewis, LCSW, ACADC. As part of the mental health services offered at PWHC, physicians provide neuropsychological evaluations for adult patients with traumatic brain injury/concussion, suspected dementia, and other neurological conditions that affect cognition.
In addition, they provide psychotherapy for adult patients struggling with:
- Chronic pain/migraine headaches
- Conversion/somatization disorders
- Sleep disorders
- Adjustment disorders related to chronic medical conditions/injuries
- Mood disorders
They also work with older adults and individuals struggling with sexual identity or gender issues.
