Postpartum Care Packages: Midwifery-Led Support for Mother and Baby
Our postpartum care packages provide midwifery-led care and community support from birth to 12 weeks postpartum. These packages include home visits at 2 days, 5 days, 10 days, and 6 weeks post-discharge from the hospital, mum and baby health checks, lactation and infant sleep consultations, wound care for episiotomies and C-Sections, and much more. Designed by mothers, for mothers, they are delivered in partnership with Fakeeh University Hospital, the UAE’s first doula-friendly hospital.

For the Mother

Postpartum Care Package Options
Delivered in partnership with Fakeeh University Hospital, our Basic Postpartum Care Package is designed to provide holistic, multi-specialty support from birth to 12 weeks postpartum. This package is priced at AED 1,785 (payable in up to 4 installments of AED 446 per installment) and includes:
- 2 home visits with Midwife
- 6 TCB jaundice tests
- 2 basic mental health screenings (mother & father)
- 2 baby health checks, including tongue tie check
- Postpartum pelvic health assessment with Womenâs Health Physio
- Community support groups
- An Annual Subscription with NABTA
Alternatively, the Comprehensive Postpartum Care Package is designed to provide comprehensive, holistic, multi-specialty support from birth to 12 weeks postpartum. This package is priced at AED 3,995 (payable in up to 4 installments of AED 999 per installment) and includes:
- 4 home visits with Midwife
- 6 TCB jaundice tests
- 4 basic mental health screenings (mother & father)
- 4 baby health checks, including tongue tie check
- Infant sleep consultation
- Lactation consultation
- Postpartum pelvic health assessment with Womenâs Health Physio
- 3 consultations with Clinical Dietitian (1wk, 6wks, 12wks)
- Community support groups
- 3-month supplement program
- PeriCare diaper bag
- Perifit breast pump
- An Annual Subscription with NABTA
Accessing Your Care
To begin, download the NABTA app, confirm your health goal, and register an account. Your care coordinator will be in touch directly to book your first appointment. You donât need to be a healthcare professional to get the most out of your care package; we will work with you to empower you to effectively manage your own health. Your care team will check in with you on a regular basis and advise you on the best way to use your care package. Insights from our accredited healthcare professionals will be supplemented by impartial advice from Aya, and your care package will be supported with access to digital tools and programs.
