Foundation for Reproductive Health Services India is an affiliate of MSI Reproductive Choices, a global organisation providing personalised contraception and safe abortion services to women and girls across 37 countries. At FRHS India, clients are at the center of what we do. We work by prioritising client centeredness.
Our Health Centers and Mission
Our Health Centers deliver an entire range of family planning and reproductive health services to clients in urban areas. Our focus is on improving access to the under-served people at affordable costs. Health centers function with a client-centric environment managed by highly skilled, experienced and efficient medical and health care professionals.
Our nine health centers are based in Alwar, Ajmer, Banswara, Bhopal, Jaipur, Kota, Sagar and Udaipur. FRHS India currently operates in the following states:
- Madhya Pradesh

- Uttar Pradesh
Services Offered
An FRHS clinic offers an entire range of family planning and reproductive health services that includes:
- Permanent Methods: Tubectomy — laparoscopic or mini lap and Non-Scalpel Vasectomy (NSV).
- Birth spacing methods: IUCD insertion & removal, Three-month (DMPA) injections, Oral contraceptive pills and condoms, and Intrauterine System.
- Emergency contraception.
- Comprehensive Abortion Care.
Service Delivery and Outreach
The team is constantly in touch with the community health workers (ASHAs, ANMs etc.) and the local healthcare providers who raise awareness about availability of services at the clinic. Local public and private health practitioners also refer clients to FRHS India clinics, especially for safe abortion and post-abortion care.
Access and Affordability
Since the clinics are accredited under the National Health Mission’s scheme for private providers, most family planning services are provided at minimal or no cost. The following table outlines the pricing structure for our services:
