Insurance and Self-Pay Information
While Pulse-MD Urgent Care partners with many providers, we recommend giving your insurance provider a call to confirm coverage and benefits. Accepted Insurances include: Fidelis, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Empire Plan, United Healthcare, Oxford, Wellcare, UMR, GHI/Emblem, AETNA, CIGNA, Tricare, CDPHP, MVP, AARP, Magnacare, 1199, Humana, and CMO. For self-pay patients, the rates are structured as follows:
- Initial visit: $120 per visit
- Return visit (within 12 months): $85
- Return visit (within two weeks): $60
- Return visit (within five days for the same diagnosis): Free
- Sports and school physicals: $45
