How to Sign Up for MyChart
We encourage all Planned Parenthood patients who we serve in Alaska, Hawaiʻi, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky and Washington, new and existing, to sign up for MyChart. Patients seeking telehealth (virtual visits) are required to sign-up for MyChart prior to their telehealth appointment.
- After you book your next appointment, we will email you an activation code.
- Create an account online or in the app using your activation code.
- Download the MyChart app on the App Store or Google Play Store, or login using your browser.
Benefits of Using MyChart
- Access your health info from anywhere. View visit summaries, provider referrals, test results, and provider comments within days.
- Save time. Check-in for your visit up to three days prior to your appointment.
- View your medications, including dosage information and instructions, and request a refill.
- Schedule appointments easily. Find an available appointment that works best for you and see upcoming visits.
- Pay your bills. View your payment history.
- Have virtual (telehealth) appointments through MyChart.

What if I forget my password?
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the sign-in page to reset your password online.
Can I get a new access code if I lost it or it expired?
Please call us at 800-769-0045 to receive a new access code.
What can I do in MyChart?
In MyChart, you will be able to message your provider, request medication refills, view your lab results, and schedule appointments.
When can I expect a reply to my message?
Our centralized team of clinical staff will work with your provider to respond within 3 business days. MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please call 911 if it is an emergency.
How do I schedule an appointment through MyChart?
Log into your MyChart account and select “schedule an appointment” in the Visits tab. Select “schedule appointment.” Select a date, preferred times and enter the reason for your visit, along with any notes and click “schedule.”
What about medical records prior to October 1, 2024?
MyChart only shows your medical records after October 1, 2024. To request medical records prior to this date, please fax (206) 788-8339. To send medical records, please fax (206) 788-8337. We'll also need a completed Authorization for Release of Health Information.
