Support and Community for Unexpected Pregnancies and Parenthood
Finding out you are unexpectedly expecting can feel overwhelming. You are not alone! Every year, thousands of women face pregnancy without the support they need. Fear and uncertainty can make decision-making overwhelming. At Embrace Grace, we equip the church to support these families, offering love, guidance, and practical help so that no single mom or dad has to face pregnancy alone. Our vision is for every woman with an unexpected pregnancy to have a church to turn to for support.
Embrace Grace: Helping Her Be Brave
Embrace Grace provides support and community through local churches for single and pregnant young women and their families. When you give to Embrace Grace, more moms with unplanned pregnancies will have a safe church to turn to. Your support helps those impacted by unexpected pregnancies find community and help within local churches. Pastors, your church can play an active role in helping those impacted by unexpected pregnancies!

The Motherhood Center: Virtual Support Groups
The Motherhood Center offers a full array of virtual support groups for pregnant and postpartum birthing people. Whether you’re a first-time mom experiencing postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety or are thinking about having another baby – our groups can meet you where you’re at in your perinatal journey. Support groups can help perinatal women feel less alone and be part of a community that is experiencing something very similar. All of our support groups welcome and encourage BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ pregnant and postpartum moms/birthing people to join our community and openly share their experiences. The Motherhood Center is a safe space to talk about the hard parts of motherhood/parenthood as they intersect with race, identity, gender, sexual orientation, and other important aspects of identity.
What to Expect in a Support Group
All support groups at The Motherhood Center are virtual and hosted in Eastern Time. Each group is facilitated by a licensed perinatal therapist. They are a safe, confidential, judgment-free space where new and expecting mothers and birthing people can talk about the hard parts of pregnancy and motherhood. The first part of the group is an opportunity for group members to introduce themselves, and the second part is for members to relate to one another’s experiences, support one another, and feel more connected and less alone.
