In 2023, a study was conducted in Bishkek and Osh regarding the implementation of telemedicine services. The findings are summarized below:

• Participant Group: 100 women who received abortion through telemedicine.
• Preference: 95 women said they prefer telemedicine to in-clinic visits.
• Recommendation Rate: 99% said they would recommend the service to others.
• Convenience: Patients noted they don’t have to take time off work or find a babysitter.
