Most health insurance plans cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay. Contact your health insurance company to find out if the services you need are covered. You must pay on the day of your appointment unless you’ve made other arrangements. We accept:

The state of Ohio will only cover abortion services through Medicaid in special cases. If you are interested in using Medicaid for your visit, please schedule an appointment at our Cincinnati Surgical Center. - Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm
- Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
- Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm (*open on the 3rd Saturday of the month)
- Sunday: Closed
We're closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
Appointment Policies and Information
Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you to your appointment. This health center supports and welcomes all people regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or biological sex, including but not limited to lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, questioning, and intersex clients.
