Primary, Urgent and Emergency Care: Where Should You Go?
Knowing where to go—emergency room vs. urgent care—can mean the difference between an extremely high medical bill and something more affordable. The key takeaway from this infographic is to visit the emergency room only for life-threatening conditions. For immediate but non-life-threatening issues, urgent care is the better choice. It is vital to avoid high medical bills by getting a head start on health checks before arriving in the U.S.

Exceptional Patient Experience
This is a place where the staff really cares about their patients and go the extra mile for them. The entire staff was very caring, professional, and organized. Have been there a few times and they have always been very fast, kind, courteous and welcoming. We're usually out within 20-30 min. Always very helpful especially the front desk; the girls up front are very nice & helpful.
Bedside Manner and Physician Care
Anytime we've ever been there, all of the physicians are very caring and helpful. They don't rush or make you feel unimportant. For instance, Dr B takes his time to listen to what's wrong & always has a big smile. Another provider, Zaib Kahn, has such a good bedside manner and personally called to ask how the patient is feeling. The physician saw me and was charismatic and very funny, trying to keep me in good spirits. As one patient noted, "I wish we could have them as our GP."
