Safe and Compassionate Abortion Care
Our clinics provide safe and compassionate abortion care 10 weeks and up to 26 weeks. We also offer a special fetal/maternal indications program and a special program for genetic or other fetal abnormalities. For those in need, we provide bereavement support and resources as part of our patient-centered care.
Wellness and Specialized Health Services
Wellness services include physical exams, cancer screenings, HIV testing, STD/STI testing and treatment, infection checks, and free pregnancy tests. Our LGBTQ wellness services offer you quality health care in a safe and culturally responsive environment. The transgender and non-binary care we offer is based on the Informed Consent Model (ICATH).

We accept private medical insurance, Washington, and Alaska Medicaid, and we have a sliding fee scale and can assist with funding resources. To further support our patients, we offer the following:

- Free language interpreters for phone calls and appointments
- Funding, transportation, and lodging assistance
- FREE walk-in pregnancy test anytime during clinic hours

Parking is free for our patients at our Renton, Tacoma, and Yakima clinic locations. You can call now to make an in-person or telemedicine appointment during our office hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
