Summit Health White Plains Campus
At our White Plains facility, Summit Health (formerly Westmed) provides access to a variety of clinical departments. Please be advised that walk-in laboratory services are not available without a scheduled appointment and an active lab draw order from your provider. Summit Health requires all patients to have a valid lab draw order in place before arriving for any laboratory visit. Additionally, our optical shops feature a wide selection of frames with many unique and exclusive designer styles. Most of our eyeglass preparation is done on the premises, and our friendly and knowledgeable opticians are available to help find the frames that are right for you.

White Plains Hospital Physician Associates (WPHPA) of Scarsdale
White Plains Hospital Physician Associates located at 750 White Plains Road in Scarsdale, is a 70,000-square-foot multi-specialty outpatient center designed to provide our patients with access to a number of specialists, including radiology and Burke Physical Therapy, who work together to deliver a comprehensive team approach to care. This state-of-the-art Center is located in the former Lord & Taylor building within the Vernon Hills Shopping Center.
WPHPA of Scarsdale brings together more than 40 physician experts across nearly 20 medical specialties, advanced imaging and diagnostic testing all under one roof. The facility offers ample free parking, making it even more convenient to get high-quality care, close to home.

To assist with navigation, services at the Scarsdale location are organized by specific entrances:
- North Entrance: Cardiology & Cardiac Electrophysiology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Surgical Specialties, Urology, Imaging & Diagnostic Testing services.
- South Entrance: Physical Therapy by Burke Rehabilitation.
- East Entrance: Allergy/Immunology, Audiology, Dermatology & Mohs Surgery, Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT), Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Pulmonology.
- West Entrance: Pediatrics.
