Patient-Centered Reproductive Healthcare and Abortion Services at Cedar River Clinics
At Cedar River Clinics, we treat our patients with respect and empower them to make their own reproductive healthcare decisions about their bodies. Cedar River Clinics is a social change organization that combines direct service with activism and community education.
Comprehensive Abortion Care
Our clinics provide safe and compassionate abortion care 10 weeks and up to 26 weeks. We also offer a special fetal/maternal indications program, including a special program for genetic or other fetal abnormalities. Cedar River Clinics is the only AAAHC accredited abortion provider in Washington, as our clinics meet the rigorous standards for quality set by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Centers. For those in need of additional support, we provide bereavement support and resources.
Wellness and LGBTQ Services
Wellness services include physical exams, cancer screenings, HIV testing, STD/STI testing and treatment, infection checks, and free pregnancy tests. Our LGBTQ wellness services offer you quality health care in a safe and culturally responsive environment. Specifically, the transgender and non-binary care we offer is based on the Informed Consent Model (ICATH).
Birth Control and Prevention
Birth Control allows you to enjoy sex without the worry of pregnancy and can be used to address other health issues. We offer free or low-cost birth control options. Additionally, No-Scalpel Vasectomy is offered at our facilities to provide further reproductive choices.
Access and Support Resources
We believe access to reproductive health information and services has the power to change lives. To support our patients, we offer the following resources:

- Free language interpreters for phone calls and appointments.
- Assistance with transportation and accommodations.
- Funding, transportation, and lodging assistance.
- FREE walk-in pregnancy test anytime during clinic hours.
Financial Information and Clinic Locations
Your support helps provide continued excellent care to the patients we serve – no matter their financial capability. We accept private medical insurance, Washington and Alaska Medicaid, and we have a sliding fee scale and can assist with funding resources. In-person clinic and telemedicine appointments are available Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
