Comprehensive Women's Health Services and Specialized Clinical Care
Our highly experienced and well-trained staff provide comfort, support and understanding along with the highest quality medical services. Trinity Health Medical Group is providing Natural Procreative (NaPro) Technology, a new women’s health field that works very closely with a woman’s own menstrual and fertility cycle. Developed at Creighton University, NaPro Technology relies on more than 30 years of research in obstetrics and gynecology. The Creighton Model of FertilityCare System™ is the method of observing and charting important biomarkers of the female cycle. This charting and observational work is the basis of evaluation and treatment in NaPro Technology.
Comprehensive Obstetric and Gynecologic Care
Our clinics provide all ages with comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. MultiCare Women's Center provides services that include annual exams and preventive care, pregnancy care and help managing symptoms of menopause. With medical imaging, laboratory, pharmacy and breast health services located on or near the medical center campus, it’s easy to get the health care you need. Additionally, St. Joseph Neighborhood Health – Women’s Health is now open on the 3rd floor of the new Helen Caloggero Women’s and Family Center and will provide OB/GYN services for our community! Through our faith-based centers, we improve the health and well-being of low-income persons in the communities we serve by providing the following services:

Specialized Reproductive Health and Patient Advocacy
Red River Women’s Clinic is an ally to our LGBTQIA+ patients. We ask all of our patients for their pronouns and want to be respectful to all patients needing our care, regardless of how they identify. As part of our clinical protocol, each patient meets one-on-one with a Patient Advocate to discuss: their decision, support system, birth control options and to answer any questions they might have.
Regarding medical procedures, each patient has an ultrasound done on the day of their abortion. This limited ultrasound is to determine that the pregnancy is in your uterus and within our gestational limits. Each patient who has a procedure abortion will receive some medications and then wait in a comfortable seating area. These medications include an antibiotic, ibuprofen and the optional mild sedation medication(s). Procedure abortion patients will spend some time in our Recovery Room where they will be monitored by a nurse and sent home when they meet the discharge criteria.
