Professional Leadership and Specialized Clinical Care in the Healthcare Industry
Executive Women in Healthcare: Empowering Connection and Growth
Executive Women in Healthcare (EWHC) is a premier community for women and allies in healthcare dedicated to empowering connection, growth, and leadership with purpose. We bring together professionals from across Indianaâs healthcare landscape to foster authentic relationships, inspire leadership, and create meaningful impact. Through networking, education, and service, our members are equipped to lead with confidence and contribute to a stronger, more equitable healthcare industry.
Our work is guided by four core values:
- Growth: We empower members to expand their skills, perspectives, and opportunities through professional development, leadership experiences, and continuous learning.
- Connection: We create a supportive and inclusive community where women and allies in healthcare build authentic relationships, share knowledge, and collaborate for mutual success.
- Commitment: We are dedicated to advancing womenâs leadership in healthcare through active participation, shared accountability, and steadfast engagement in our mission.
- Being of Service: We contribute our time, talents, and resources to uplift our members, strengthen the healthcare community, and make a meaningful impact beyond ourselves.
Our Members represent a diverse network of professionals across the healthcare continuum - including hospitals, clinics, health systems, medical practices, consulting firms, healthcare associations, and related industries. Please do not request appointments by email.
The clinic maintains strict standards for safety and efficiency. On the advice of the Ministry of Health we are changing our office protocols to ensure minimization of risk to our patients and our staff.
