Advanced Diagnostic Imaging and Breast Health
The Women’s Health Pavilion located in Laguna Hills is a three-story, 42,000 square-foot space designed specifically for women, offering a one-stop-shop approach to women’s health care. In one spa-like environment, women will have access to expert obstetric and gynecologic care, gynecologic and breast oncology.
Advanced technology available includes Tomosynthesis (3D) mammography, which is the current state-of-the-art technology for breast imaging. This technology uses digital x-ray technology to capture multiple images of the entire breast from different angles to produce high-resolution, 3D images, enabling radiologists to “see through” the dense breast tissue. Additionally, Breast MRI is a powerful diagnostic tool for detecting breast cancer by producing a clear, sharp image capturing even the tiniest irregularities.
Other diagnostic services include:
- Breast ultrasound: Utilizes high-frequency sound waves to create an internal image of the breast to look at changes such as lumps.
- Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA): A convenient and painless test to identify bone density and determine the risk for developing osteoporosis and bone fractures.
- Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy: A less invasive procedure to remove a tissue sample for lab analysis if an abnormality is identified.

Complete Care Community Health Center (CCCHC) offers women’s healthcare with their professional Obstetrics and Gynecology Care Team. One of the most important aspects of our clinic is ensuring that we offer family planning services, prenatal and postpartum care including psychosocial support, and nutrition services.
