Bowling Green Medical Group (BGMG, Inc) is a family practice and pediatric medical practice in Bowling Green, Missouri. Our Mission Statement is to provide faith based quality, affordable health care to all residents of Pike and surrounding counties in Missouri. We are a Certified Rural Health Clinic and was awarded the Exemplary Provider Award in 2020 for demonstrating Outstanding Healthcare Delivery Practices and Compliance to Safety-Honesty-Caring Accreditation Quality Standards.
Healthcare Services and Specialties
We provide medical care to patients from newborn through adulthood. We have the unique aspect of offering full pediatric services to the younger population of Bowling Green, including:

We provide comprehensive acute and chronic care to adults as well as our geriatric population. Furthermore, women’s health issues will be addressed including preventative care. For those seeking specialized wellness support, we offer a Personal Weight Loss Program.
Patient Rights and the Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
- You can also ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Tomorrow’s Woman & The Perfect Fit is now located in the Women’s Health Pavilion, 523 Park Street, Suite B, in Bowling Green. Tomorrow’s Woman is a full-service mastectomy supply boutique uniquely geared toward serving woman who are having or have had breast surgery. The Perfect Fit offers bras for all shapes and sizes specializing in those hard to find sizes and styles. Both offer fittings by certified experts.

Hours of Operation
Bowling Green Medical Group is open from 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday we are CLOSED. For Tomorrow’s Woman & The Perfect Fit, hours are by appointment only.
