Primary Care and Specialized Clinics
Primary care services provided at the Plank Road Clinic offer essential health maintenance. For Specialty Clinics at Tosa Health Center, please refer to the individual specialty pages. Location Details for the Plastic Surgery Center are also available for those seeking surgical consultations. Specialty clinic hours may vary, so please call to schedule an appointment.
Telehealth Virtual Visits allow you to meet face to face with your provider via MyChart on your mobile phone, tablet or desktop. Telehealth visits are also available by appointment, providing care when your primary doctor isn’t available.

FirstHealth Convenient Care
Located in Fayetteville, FirstHealth Convenient Care provides urgent care for non-life-threatening illnesses, minor injuries, and routine family medical needs. Receive Same-Day Care by walking into any clinic for your urgent but non-emergent medical needs. These locations offer After-Hours and Weekend Availability and comprehensive services including treatment for minor injuries, illnesses, lab tests, x-ray and more.
FirstHealth Convenient Care will be closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Clinics will close early at 4 p.m. on July 4th, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day. You can check wait times and save your spot online before you arrive.
Patient Information and Resources
If you are a current patient with MyChart, schedule your request for a physical, follow-up or office visit through MyChart. You can also get lab results, manage prescriptions and message your care team. Please bring current insurance information to your appointment or prescription pick-up. If you are being referred, please check with your doctor to see if you need to bring a referral form as well.
